The Ashden Awards for Sustainable Energy are now looking for entries from
inspirational and innovative local sustainable energy projects from across
the globe to compete for £350,000 of prize money. The Ashden Awards reward outstanding projects which can demonstrate how local sustainable energy can be used not only to slow down the factors contributing to climate change, but also to radically improve the lives of poor communities who lack access to essential energy resources.
