ECREEE has launched the second call for the ECOWAS Renewable Energy Facility (EREF) which targets the implementation of renewable energy powered mini-grids and the establishment of a management, operation and maintenance systems in rural and peri-urban areas in West Africa. The call is open from 31st of May to 10th of August, 2014. Local and international applicants are invited to submit their proposals in English, French or Portuguese in accordance with the guidelines available on the ECREEE website at: www.ecreee.org/page/eref2.
