KTDA Power Company Limited (KTPC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kenya Tea Development Agency (KTDA) Holdings, which provides management and consultancy services to Regional Power Companies (RPCs) distributed across the tea growing areas in Kenya, invites bids by 7 January for construction/implementation of the 2.8 MW Taunet run-of-river project in Nandi County.
The civil works, electrical works and electro-mechanical works are tendered as three separate contracts.
An EPC contractor is sought for the civil works (KTDA 143/2024), an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is sought for the design, supply, delivery to site, installation, testing and commissioning of the electromechanical equipment and accessories (KTDA 145/2024) while a contractor is sought for the electrical transmission and associated works (KTDA 144/2024).
